This section lists the configuration information that will be present in the JSON file while you import/export configuration for each function screen or tabs.

System Settings

All global general, and DAA system parameters (does not include log levels, licenses, or LSM DTA BW settings).

Status Save

Full configuration and status of VUE system.

Log Levels

All log levels for all pipes and servers, including VUE controller.

Transport Stream / Mappings / TS Redundancy

All TS, UDP, PID, Pass Thru, and Auto Mappings (including VOD Mappings and TS; does NOT include OOBM) and TS redundancy.

NOTE:

All files exported will consist of no more than 60 TS and/or no more than 900 mappings. The VUE will automatically create multiple exported files if there are more than 60 TS and/or more than 900 mappings being exported.

Upon importing a file, the VUE will reject any file that contains more than 60 TS and/or more than 900 mappings. If you have a large configuration JSON file to import, you must manually split the file into multiple files.

SDV (general import/export)

SDV global settings such as Streaming zone, ERM IP, Vendor name, etc. (includes LSM DTA BW settings).

SDV (VEDS)

SDV VEDS configuration (configuration for each VEDS per server).

RC-Server

Redundancy Clusters, Server Interfaces, VIPs, and Routes.

VARPD

VARPD configuration for each VARPD configured.

ACCP

Aux Core configuration for each ACCP configured.

ACCP/RPD

RPD/RMD configuration for each RPD/RMD configured.

NOTE: VUE rejects any import file that contains more than 100 RPD configurations. If you have a large configuration JSON file to import, you must manually split the file into multiple files.

All files exported will consist of no more than 100 RPDs with 83+channels. Each RPD the file size will be less than 7 MB. VUE automatically creates multiple exported files if there are more than 100 RPDs being exported.

OOBM

All OOBM configuration including OOBM TS and mappings.
