ServAssure NXT Proactive Manager lets you analyze In-Home Issues. An In-Home Issue is an issue that affects a single cable modem rather than the HFC plant. For example, a loose connector or damaged cable might affect only one modem or service location.
To determine when an In-Home Issue exists at a service location, ServAssure NXT calculates the likelihood that a particular cable modem is having In-Home issues. The calculated likelihood appears as a percentage value (or score) in the Cable Modems table next to a corresponding icon. The same icon also appears on the left side of the service location in Map and Logical views.

In-Home Issue: The calculated percentage value crossed the configured threshold.
No In-Home Issue: The calculated percentage value did not cross the configured threshold.
Unknown: Insufficient information is available to calculate the likelihood.
For example, suppose the In-Home Issue threshold is set to 75%. ServAssure NXT calculates the likelihood that each cable modem contains an In-Home Issue. If the likelihood is 75% or more, an orange icon appears:
- In the In-Home column of the Cable Modems table, next to the modem's MAC Address.
- On the service location in Map and Logical views.
