To access High Rate Polling, you must initiate polling from another part of the ServAssure NXT application.

Clicking on a cable modem opens the High Rate Polling application in a separate window, or switches focus if a polling session already exists for that modem.
Clicking on a channel opens the window, if one exists, for the associated cable modem, or creates a new window, and initiates polling. The channel is marked as special selected in the graphs and right panel table. Note that selections performed within the High Rate Polling application replace these special selections.
