Certain user preferences are preserved at sign out and restored when a new session starts. These user preferences are also preserved when ServAssure NXT is upgraded.
NOTE: Reloading a page with your browser
reload or refresh button behaves the same as a sign out in terms of user preferences.
All in-session preferences are lost except for the current page.
Alarm Central
For Alarm Central:
- Sessions reopen in Top Alarms view
- General selections (check boxes, table columns) are preserved
- Data-driven preferences (such as selected rows in a table) are not preserved
Analyze Modem View
For Analyze Modem View:
- All common user-interface general selections are preserved
- Data-driven preferences (such as selected modem) are not preserved
Analyze Network View
For Analyze Network View:
- All common user-interface general selections are preserved
- Data-driven preferences are not preserved
Upstream Spectrum Analyzer
For Upstream Spectrum Analyzer:
- All common user-interface general selections are preserved
- Data-driven preferences (such as selected channel) are not preserved
