You can troubleshoot any alarm shown in the Global Alarms table by using the Fiber Node view.

To troubleshoot an alarm listed in the Global Alarms table
  1. In the row for the alarm that you want to view, in the Fiber Node column, click the name of the fiber node.
    The Fiber Node view opens with the alarm selected in all views.
  2. Troubleshoot the alarm, as described in the topics Find proactive alarms and Find outage alarms, in Related information.
