Spreadsheet lists displayed in the Active Window can be sorted for easier viewing:

To sort by a column

Click the column header; a blue arrow is displayed in the header indicating whether the sort is ascending or descending. This sorts the entire contents of the list, including multiple pages (if any).

To toggle the order

Click the column header again to toggle from ascending to descending.

To sort only the data displayed in the current page

Hold the Control (CTRL) key and click the column header. A green arrow is displayed in the header indicating whether the sort is ascending or descending.

To reorder columns

Click the column header of the column you wish to move and drag the column to its new position.
