Spreadsheet lists displayed in the Active Window can be sorted for easier viewing:
Sort Method | Sort Instructions |

To sort by a column | Click the column header; a blue arrow is displayed in the header indicating whether the sort is ascending or descending. This sorts the entire contents of the list, including multiple pages (if any). |
To toggle the order | Click the column header again to toggle from ascending to descending. |
To sort only the data displayed in the current page | Hold the Control (CTRL) key and click the column header. A green arrow is displayed in the header indicating whether the sort is ascending or descending. |
To reorder columns | Click the column header of the column you wish to move and drag the column to its new position. |
