Edit an RxD

  1. Select Elements > RPD in the navigation bar.
  2. Select the RxD to be edited.
  3. Click the (Menu) button.
    The menu options appear.
  4. Click Edit.

    The Edit RxD screen appears.

  5. Modify the fields as necessary.

    In the Service Group tab, check/uncheck boxes to add/remove this RxD as the destination for a Service Group.

    1. To configure the input Ethernet interface from which to receive content for an RxD, select the checkbox next to the Service Group and click All RF Ports, ENET 0.
    2. If the type is rpd 1x1, rpd 1x2, rmd 1x1, or rmd 1x2, then the service group has one downstream RF port. Click Ethernet Interface to select a different interface. If the RxD type is rpd 2x2 or rmd 2x2, the service group has two downstream RF ports. You can select different Ethernet interfaces for both the RF ports. By default, the RF ports are enabled and the Ethernet interface index is 0 for all RF ports.

  6. Click Update.
The changes to the RxD take affect in VTM.
