To enable delivery of email sent by the ServAssure Collection Platform, configure an SMTP server to receive and process mail from the applications.
During the deployment planning phase, identify the SMTP server that will be used to relay mail from the ServAssure Collection Platform servers or applications. See Planning phase and Identify SMTP servers for SMTP planning information.
