Modem Sessions displays a list of all
sessions in the ServAssure NXT system. The list is rendered as a
table that shows the following:
- Session Name: Name of the session
- Session ID: Unique identifier for the session
- Modems: Modems contained in the session. If this is a single modem, the modem's MAC Address is shown. If the session contains multiple modems, the value is the number of modems contained.
Values in this column are hyperlinks. A MAC Address hyperlink opens a list of other applications you can use to investigate the modem. A hyperlinked number of modems in the session opens a list of all the MAC Addresses for all the modems in the session. Each of these MAC Addresses is also a hyperlink. - CMTS: CMTSs contained in the session
- Status: The status of the session. Possible values are:
- Active
- Completed
- Stopped
- Start: Date and time the session started
- Scheduled End: Date and time the session is scheduled to end
- End: Date and time the session actually ended. If session is in progress, the value shown is " - ".
- Interval: The length of the polling interval, in minutes.
- Owner: Name of the user that initiated the session
