ServAssure multi-product upgrade order

When multiple ServAssure NXT products are installed, upgrade the product installations in the following order:
NOTE: If you are not updating a given ServAssure NXT product you can skip it in the upgrade order list below. Contact your CommScope customer support representative if you have questions about the upgrade path for any ServAssure product.
  1. ServAssure NXT Metrics Platform
  2. ServAssure NXT
  3. ServAssure Collection Platform
  4. ServAssure NXT Trap Receiver
  5. ServAssure NXT Insight Views
    NOTE:Insight Views is not backwards compatible.
  6. ServAssure NXT Insight Reporting
  7. ServAssure Dashboard for Alarm Central
