The Fault Name report can be exported to the SDM server file system in CSV format only.

  1. From the SDM home screen, click Fault > Fault Name Report. The Fault Name Report filter criteria page is displayed.
  2. Click Export. The Fault Report is saved to a file in CSV format, and a hyperlink to the file is displayed in the Exported Report pane, which appears below the filter criteria section of the page.
  3. Click on the hyperlink; a pop-up window queries: Do you want to open or save this file?
  4. Click Save. A Save As window is displayed.
    NOTE: A default name incorporating the current date and time is used; if you choose, when you save it. Just type the desired name in the file name entry box. Be sure to retain the .csv file extension at the end.
