To view performance data for each affected modem associated with an alarm
- Select the alarm row in the Alarms table and click SC-QAM or OFDM/A at the upper right to open one of these views.

From the Alarms table, you can view performance metrics for the modems affected by an alarm in either the SC-QAM or OFDM/A tables. These tables list each modem associated with the alarm selected in the Alarms table. Upstream and downstream channels are shown separately and are toggled by buttons in the toolbar. Each modem is listed by MAC Address and Frequency.
