Integrate with ServAssure Collection Platform

If integrating with ServAssure Collection
Platform:- ENABLE_RABBIT_JMS in the site variables file should be set
to true.
If
installation of ServAssure NXT
was initially performed with ENABLE_RABBIT_JMS:
false because RabbitMQ had not been installed yet
(using the ServAssure Poller
installation package), ENABLE_RABBIT_JMS should be
set to true and the install-nxt-engine.yml playbook run
again to update NXT with the correct properties for
connecting to the message bus.
