Search for MAC addresses

  1. In the Search MAC Address box, enter a full or partial search term.

    The search begins as soon as you enter a character.

  2. ServAssure NXT searches the monitored modems and returns the following:
    • Exact matches are listed first, followed by partial matches.
    • Partial matches are listed by category:
      • MAC Address
      • Fiber Node
      • Customer ID
  3. To view search strings for up to the last 10 search results clicked:
    1. Click the Search History link next to the Search box.
    2. Select a search result from the list.
