To troubleshoot the individual issues that make up a Proactive alarm and analyze them across frequencies, use steps similar to the following.
To troubleshoot the individual issues:
Select an alarm in the Alarms table.
Click the arrow at the far left of the row .
A sub-table opens containing 2 or 3 (for proactive) tabs.
Select the Issues tab.
The Issues table lists the types of issues that comprise the alarm, as well as their severity and frequency. By default, the table shows the issues grouped by Issue Type, and Frequency is hidden from view.
Select Show By Frequency to view the frequencies.
The following shows an
Issues table for a Proactive alarm, viewed by
frequency. Frequency ranges indicate OFDM/A issues.
Scroll to see which types of issues comprise the alarm and which frequencies are affected.
If the table contains a large number of rows, a chevron appears below the table. Click the chevron to expand the table.
Select one or more issues to see
them highlighted on the map.
