In Map and Logical views, you can get data about topology elements and service locations by placing your cursor over objects.
To view data about an
object
- Place your cursor over the object to
see a call-out. The call-out disappears when you move the cursor.
You might see the following information for these types of objects, depending on the data provided by your system.
- All components: Name: The name or identification number of the component.
- Service
Location:
- Name: The name or identification number of the Service Location.
- Address: The address of the service location. This information appears if it is provided from the customer data.
- CMs: The number of modems at the service location.
