During a session, certain preferences are preserved as you navigate between applications inside ServAssure NXT.

Common preferences preserved for all applications

Many actions are common across all the applications of ServAssure NXT. The actions in the following table are preserved in all the applications.

Strum and Zoom selections

Deep links ( the “Back to …” link ) and clicking on an application icon the left pane
  • Open tabs, selections, tab order, graph selections, options are preserved and restored.
  • For Analyze Modem View and PreEQ, fetching of initial data for the modem is preserved.
“Open In…” links Open tabs, selections, tab order, graph selections, options are preserved and restored.
NOTE: Data will contain the context of the current selection, not the state when last in that application.

Alarm Central

In addition to the general preferences, some user selections are preserved when you when you navigate away from Alarm Central and return.

NOTE: Clicking the Alarm Central icon, , now returns you to your last state, and not the Top Alarms view. Access the Top Alarms view at any time by clicking the head of the navigation bread crumb.
