CommScope ServAssure® NXT Insight Reporting (Insight Reporting) enables you to access summaries of data over longer ranges than provided by ServAssure NXT alone. The data is available in the form of dashboards that leverages data from the Insight Platform.
Insight Reporting provides access to the following:
- Outlier, top/bottom n, and
comparison based reports:
- RF Performance
- Errors
- Noise
- Power
- Traffic
- Channel Utilization
- RF Performance
- Top usage/data rate, CMTS usage
aggregate, and modem count based reports:
- Bandwidth
- CM data usage
- Service class
- Bandwidth
Insight Reporting is a licensed product. Configuration of a licensed tenant includes specifying the URL of the Insight Reporting dashboard. Consult your ServAssure NXT administrator, or CommScope Technical support for questions related to configuration and licensing.
