- Confirm that the operating system, including all recommended third-party packages and patches were installed according to the requirements found in Operating system requirements and Third-party packages.
- Confirm that all ServAssure NXT software packages have been downloaded and staged in the ServAssure NXT Ansible Software Directory; refer to Version compatibility.
- Confirm that network time synchronization was configured.
- Confirm that DATA and COMMITLOG mount requirements have been met for Cassandra Data Node servers designated as "[cassandra_seeds]" and "[cassandra_other]" in the ServAssure NXT Inventory file.
- Confirm that network and security requirements have been rechecked on the Data Node servers, as described in Network security considerations.
