Display channel and alias

You can identify and select an alarm by channel name or alias. Use the Alarms table in Alarms view and either the SC-QAM or OFDM/A tabs.

To display channel name and its alias in SC-QAM or OFDM/A tab:
  1. Select Proactive in the toolbar above the Alarms table.
  2. In the Alarms table, select the alarm that you want to view.
  3. In the SC-QAM or OFDM/A tab, select the Gear icon on the top-right of the table.
  4. Select Channel Name or ifAlias from the drop-down.
    NOTE:ifAlias is available only for Proactive alarm notifications.

    When selected, channel information appears in the table displayed.
