There are multiple categories of KPIs available in ServAssure NXT, and because each KPI has multiple columns of data to display, showing all KPIs simultaneously (such as in Alarm Central's Details View) is not recommended. The available categories are:
- Upstream/Downstream FEC
- Upstream/Downstream SNR
- Upstream/Downstream Power
- Upstream/Downstream Utilization
In addition to these categories, these statistics are also grouped as either being SC-QAM (DOCSIS 3.0 or earlier) or OFDM/A (DOCSIS 3.1), so a user can decide which group to show. Showing both simultaneously outside of Graphs is not possible.
