Search the tree

If you want to find a specific topology element, use the search box above the Tree.

To search for an item in the Tree
  1. In the Search Tree box above the Tree, enter a full or partial search term.

    The search begins as soon as you enter a character.

  2. ServAssure NXT searches the Tree and returns:
    • Topology elements.
    • Service Locations.
    • Modem MAC addresses.
  3. If the item that you are searching for is not listed in the search results, refine your search term and search again.
  4. When the item for which you are searching appears in the results, click it.

    The Tree opens to the selected item.
