In ServAssure NXT you have options for determining which alarms to focus on first, so you can tackle the worst alarms earliest. In the Top Alarms table in Global view, you can select the regions where you want to focus, sort alarms by Outage or Proactive, list alarms by size and severity, and troubleshoot alarms.
You can also view a log that provides additional data about individual alarms, add comments about alarms, and hide alarms that have already been dealt with or that are less important, so that they do not have to be reviewed again.
