You can observe Connectivity Scores in a Time over Threshold graph at every level of the network hierarchy, down to the CMTS. At each level:

  • Select Summary from the Category drop-down.
  • Select the Time over Threshold tab.
For each level, stacked bar graphs indicate the Connectivity Scores:
  • At the hub level and above, there is a bar graph for each immediate child, according to the heir achy, over the specified time period.
  • At the CMTS level, there is a bar graph for each MAC domain over the specified time period.
Hover over a bar to see the detailed breakdown of each threshold in percent and hours. The sample counts are computed per modem hour, and represent the sum of all modems of a CMTS over the specified time period.
