Connectivity Score is calculated as follows:
- Every modem contributes to one hour of measurement, whether degradation exists or not.
- Within each direction, connectivity score is weighted on the number of channels.
- Upstream and Downstream CER contribute to the connectivity score separately, where the highest severity is passed on to the score.
- The total percentage score across all modems in a region/hub/CMTS, etc. is determined cumulatively and each severity level is represented as a percentage value. Note that offline modems are not included.
