- Search
- Screens which display a large number of items provide an advanced search field at the top of the screen. The search can be performed in the following two ways:
- A global search across all columns. This search is not case-sensitive.
- Apply multiple individual column searches, in the following format: Column1_name:value Column2_name:value. The column names are case-sensitive and space is used as a delimiter between two columns. If you want to search for a field contaning space, you must use quotes. For example: Name:"BC 1" Type:broadcast
- Display Columns
- To reduce the number of columns displayed on the screen, you can use the series of check boxes to select only the relevant columns.
- Items Per Page
- Most screens can be configured to display a certain number of items per page. The pull-down allows the selection of how many items should be displayed on each page for this screen.
- Number of Items
- A series of numbers are displayed explaining how many items are displayed on the page and how many total items are listed in this screen.
- Paging
- A series of arrows allows the navigation of multi-page screens. The outer arrows move between the first and last page. The inner arrows move one page in each direction.
- * (asterisks)
- A field which has an asterisk after the field name is a required field. Failure to include a valid value in one of these fields will prevent the addition/update of the item.
