You can import or export RTSP configuration. This functionality is mainly helpful
when you have a large number VUE servers to configure.
Before you begin, make sure you have
the JSON file with all the required configuration is saved in your machine.
- Login to Element Manager,
https://<VPS#2_IP_address:5557>.
- Click SDV on the left navigation pane. The SDV Settings
screen is displayed.
- Click Import. A new dialog displays.
- To import VEDS configuration JSON file(s), click on the box,
Click to select VEDS configuration file or drop a file
here and browse to the location on your system where you
have saved the JSON file(s). You can also drag and drop the required JSON
file(s).
- To import Global defaults configuration JSON file(s), click on the box,
Click to select SDV Global configuration file or drop a file
here and browse to the location on your system where you
have saved the JSON file(s). You can also drag and drop the required JSON
file(s).
A JSON file contains RTSP configuration, SDV global settings such as Streaming
zone, ERM IP, Vendor name, etc. (includes LSM DTA BW settings).
- Click Submit to send data to the VUE system.
Import dialog closes automatically once the submit operation is complete. If
not click Close to close the Import dialog.
