The types of alarms that you see in ServAssure NXT depend on which modules are enabled. Proactive Manager shows Proactive alarms, and Outage Manager shows Outage alarms. Depending on which modules are enabled, ServAssure NXT shows Proactive alarms, Outage alarms, or both.
