You can observe a detailed breakdown of Connectivity Scores at every level of the network hierarchy, above the CMTS, for each immediate child. At each level:
- Select the CMTS tab.
- Pan the table to find the Connectivity Score columns.
- If not visible, click the gear icon, and select the Connectivity Score columns to add.
Available Connectivity Score columns include:
- Critical
- Major
- Minor
- None
- Unknown
- Total Samples
Each cell in the table provides a threshold percent and the total number of modem hours during the time period.
