| Invoked the Alarms View for a device and then right-clicked on an alarm to get the Event History, but no events display. | The SDM only maintains a record of the last 10,000 events. This event list is system-wide; therefore, if many devices are discovered on the SDM, older events for a particular device will fall off the list over time. To view up to seven days worth of event data, use the Event Details Report. |
