Counts apply to cable modems and MTA devices associated with a MAC domain or an MD-CM-SG. They are available for graphing from the Counts sub-tab of the Parameters tab on the Alarm Central, Analyze Network View, and Analyze Modem View screens.
- Modem Counts
- The count of modems having online, offline, or intermediate status for the selected MAC domain or MD-CM-SG during the defined interval.
- MTA Counts
- The count of provisioned MTA devices for the selected MAC domain of MD-CM-SG during the defined interval. MTA counts are shown when voice service is enabled. An MTA is counted when its provisioned state is operational, and MTA enablement is true.
