Special selections are made in Alarms view, Map view, Logical view, Historical view, and PreEQ view. The special selections are reflected in all the other views, except Alarms view. Special selections are highlighted in purple.
In Top Alarms view, to make a
special selection
- In the alarm row, click the arrow
to expand the
row and open the sub-table. - On the Info tab, click an inspection
point.
The element turns purple in the other views.
In Map and Logical views, to make a special selection
- Select one or more topology
elements.
The selected elements turn purple.
In the Historical view, to make a special selection
Do one of these:
- In a graph, select the Strum icon and
strum (drag your cursor across) one or more lines.
The selected lines turn purple.
- In the Channels table, select one or more MAC addresses.
