- For reports, use the Poll Type select box to enable reporting on stored polling statistics for Devices, Upstream Paths, or Downstream Paths.
- As applicable, reduce the number of entries in the Select Devices list by selecting filters for device type, network, and/or managed group. For Interactive Paths, the filters available are Interactive Controller (NC 1500), and Interactive Devices.
- Specify the date and time range of the data for the report. The Select Devices/Paths list is repopulated after each change to the select filters.
- Select one or more devices/paths of the same type (the Ctrl key or click-and-drag allows for multi-selection). The Select Poll Groups list is repopulated after each change to the selection in the Select Devices/Paths list. The list of available Poll Groups for all selected devices/paths is displayed. The first poll group in the list is selected by default.
- Select one or more poll groups.
- Click Export Report to initiate the creation of downloadable XML files containing the requested report data. This option will display a list of XML files that can be downloaded to a local machine. A link will not be displayed if no data exists for the specified device/path, poll group, and date/time combination. See Export poll reports to XML files for more information.
- Click Display Report ONLY if one poll and one device/path are selected. The report will be generated and the results displayed in tabular format in the browser window. See Display, Filter, or Graph a Poll Report for more information.
