Save configuration/status of VUE using Element Manager

You can save all configuration and status of the entire VUE system using the Element Manager. This file can be helpful when you require CommScope field support.
  1. Login to Element Manager, https://<VPS #2_IP_address>:5557.
  2. Click System > Status Save.
  3. Choose the desired redundant cluster or server.
    Choose the options to save all programs or zones based on your system requirements and click Click to Continue.
  4. Click Right Click and Save link as... link.
  5. Specify the file name and the location where the file should be saved.
  6. Click Close to close the dialog.
  7. Export the configuration for System, Mappings, and DPI tabs. Refer Export VUE server, or RC, or OOBM configuration section to export and save the configuration to a file.
