When using the Manual DEPI Session management capability, the allowable DEPI Session ID value range has been expanded to allow the full 32-bit range (0x01-0xFFFF FFFF).
Important: Using a Session ID outside of the range 0x8000 0001 to 0x8000 FFFF
does not conform to CableLabs® specifications. User discretion is
advised when manually assigning Session ID values.
