If multiple alarm actions apply to a specific alarm, device, or group, the alarm actions are performed in the order that they appear on the Alarm Actions window.
In the example below, if the SDM receives a warning alarm for om001, an email message is sent to user1 and user2 before the alarm action is suppressed. Because the suppress alarm action is higher on the list than the ail notification to user3, no e-mail is sent to user3.
