The Export button enables you to export VUE server, RC, or OOBM configuration. Exporting data can be helpful for these reasons:
- Allows you to have comprehensive view the current configuration.
- Acts as a backup of the configuration if you have saved the JSON file.
- Allows you to modify the configuration and re-import the JSON file.

To export configuration data:
- Login to Element Manager, https://<VPS #2_IP_address>:5557.
- Do one of the following:
- Click the RC-Server button on the left-pane. The Redundancy Clusters/Servers screen is displayed.
- Click the Mappings
button on the left navigation pane. The mappings screen is displayed.NOTE: All the mappings (UDP, PID, and PassThru) configuration will be exported into a single file
- Click the OOBM button on the left navigation pane. The OOB Multiplexer Transport Streams screen is displayed.
- Click the System button on the left-pane. The System Settings screen is displayed.
- Click Export. A new dialog displays.
- Click the Right click and Save link as… link.
- Specify the file name and the location where the file should be saved.
- Click Close to close the Export Configuration dialog.
