View PreEQ data by modem

You can view PreEQ data for one or more cable modems associated with an alarm using the Cable Modems view and Cable Modems table.
  1. In the Alarms table, select one or more Proactive alarms to display their combined PreEQ data. Outage alarms do not return data for PreEQ analysis.
  2. Click the Cable Modems tab to show the cable modems on the fiber node that are associated with the alarm(s).
  3. Click the Gather Selected button to collect all the selected cable modem rows together at the top of the Cable Modem table for easy viewing and comparison.
  4. Click the PreEQ tab to show PreEQ data.
  5. In the PreEQ tab area, select the frequency you want to display data for.
    A frequency that displays an asterisk following the label is a frequency associated with a detected issue.
