In SC-QAM view, you can get more information about the online and offline status of modems that are involved in an alarm.
Look at the Latest Proactive and Latest Outage columns, which show the date and time of the latest scans.
The data that appears in this table is the latest information available. If modems are offline, the data that appears is not current, because it was gathered at the time that the modem was last online.
