Verify queue scheduler settings

Cassandra-specific recommendations, see Queue schedulers.- Verify the queue scheduler
settings for each relevant device remain unchanged after a Linux upgrade or
migration. Run the command:
cat
/sys/block/<device_name>/queue/scheduler
The output displays the
available and active schedulers. Verify the active scheduler matches the
expected configuration. If the output returns [none] mq-deadline kyber
bfq, this indicates that there is no active scheduler. Reset
to the desired scheduler if this setting is incorrect.
