CommScope recommends that customers use their own load balancer, however, if that is not possible, ServAssure NXT includes a software-based load balancing/proxy solution in the form of HAProxy. It can be installed and configured using the installation tools included. Where available, CommScope recommends that a hardware-based load balancing solution be implemented in place of HAProxy. Additionally, CommScope recommends setting the idle timeout to a value larger than 15 minutes, to enable the successful ingest of large topology files.
