- By default, all collections related to containers on Domain Manager are backed up and restored.
- All backups are saved as a zipped
archive and stored in the directory:
/cluster/backup/<yyyy-mmm-dd>.
- On Domain Manager, these are stored in the mounted cluster persistence directory.
- By default, ArangoDB backups occur daily at 1:15 AM local time. This is set via a cron Job setting at VTM installation.
- Archives are maintained on a 7 day file rotation scheme.
