Confirm prerequisites - HAProxy installation

- Confirm that the operating system, including all recommended third-party packages and patches were installed according to the requirements found in Operating system requirements and Third-party packages.
- Confirm that network time synchronization was configured.
- If using Trap Receiver with HAProxy, confirm that the required ports are
open.Refer to Global port matrix and Trap Receiver-specific variables.
- Confirm that network and security requirements have been rechecked on the HAProxy Node server, as described in Network security considerations.
