ServAssure NXT can be integrated with ServAssure Dashboard for Alarm Central.

Use TenantConfig to enable licenses required for an installed version of ServAssure Dashboard for Alarm Central.

Log in to the ServAssure NXT management UI and use Update Config to enable the required licenses through the TenantConfig > License menu.
  1. In the ServAssure NXT management UI navigate to the Administration page.
  2. Locate the tenant where you want to add ServAssure Dashboard for Alarm Central and Insight Views.
  3. Click Update Config.
  4. Select License from the drop-down.
  5. Change the Alarm Dashboard setting to enabled.
  6. Change the Insight Key setting to enabled.
  7. Click Update. The ServAssure Dashboard for Alarm Central and Insight Views licenses are enabled for the selected tenant.
NOTE: A ServAssure NXTAlarm Central license is required to send Alarm Central data to ServAssure Dashboard for Alarm Central. You can enable this license in the ServAssure NXT management interface using the TenantConfig > License menu.

Add ServAssure Dashboard to a group

Log in to the ServAssure NXT user interface to add ServAssure Dashboard for Alarm Central to one or more user groups through the Local User Administration panel.
  1. In the ServAssure NXT user interface navigate to Local User Administration.
  2. Select the Groups tab.
  3. Click Select Action > Edit for the group that should have ServAssure Dashboard for Alarm Central access.
  4. Select Alarm Dashboard from the Permissions menu.
  5. Click OK.
