Change the Map View Background at the server

To change the background map at the server:

  1. Save the map image file you would like to use in the directory:
    /opt/AdventNet/WebNMS/images
  2. Using EMACS or vi, open the file maps.conf in the directory:
    /opt/AdventNet/WebNMS/conf
  3. Change "world3.png" to the name of your new map file in the line imageName="world3.png."
  4. Save and close the maps.conf file. You must stop and restart the SDM server for your change to take effect.
