High Rate Polling is a separate application that requires Analyze Modem View or Analyze Network View permissions to be enabled. High Rate Polling is not available as a top-level application in the left panel of the ServAssure NXT user interface. It can only be launched through links.
High Rate Polling requests a set of cable modem KPIs at a configured interval (every 10 seconds is the default), and updates selected graphs with live data. Each poll must complete before the next begins, even if the poll time is longer than the configured interval.
High Rate Polling is a view only feature. The data captured during a live session is not persisted after the application is closed. Once the live session is terminated and the application window is closed, the captured data cannot be retrieved for viewing or playback at a later time.
