If the data provided by your company includes customer or subscriber data, you can find customer and address information for a modem MAC address in the Cable Modems view.

To find customer information for a Service Location
  1. Select the Service Location in Map view or Logical view.
  2. In Cable Modems view, click Gather Selected.

The MAC address for the selected Service Location turns purple and moves to the top of the table.

Alarm Central. Map view shows a selected service location. The Cable Modems tab shows the MAC address of the selected service location, highlighted and at the top of the table after clicking the "Gather Selected" button.

The Cable Modems table can contain the following customer information:

  • Customer Id: The ID of the customer at the Service Location associated with the MAC address.
  • Customer Priority: Priority of the customer. A higher value denotes a higher level of priority.

    This column is hidden by default. To make it visible, click the gear and select the column.

  • Street Address: Customer address information for the Service Location associated with the listed MAC address.
  • Postal Code: Customer mail-sorting/region code, such as ZIP code or postcode.
