Graph settings control the X-axis and Y-axis values. Graph settings include:

X-Axis, Range

Specifies the frequency range for the X-Axis. Choose from:
  • Custom (with fill-ins)
  • Low Split
  • Mid Split
  • High Split
The values for the ranges represented by the Low Split, Mid Split, and High Split buttons are governed by settings on the REALTIME_ANALYSYS tab of TenantConfig. By default, the ranges are as follows:
SplitFrequency range
Low Split0-65 MHz
Mid Split0-100 MHz
High Split0-220 MHz

The Reset button is used to automatically determine the most appropriate range of X-Axis data based upon what is being received by the CMTS.

Refer to ServAssure® NXT Design and Installation Guide for details on modifying these setting.

Y-Axis

Specifies the power density for the Y-axis. Display options include:
Range
Specifies the power density range for the Y-axis. This value is always a Custom range that you populate. You can specify this range regardless of your other selection.
Axis Type
Whether the power density value displayed is based on bin frequency width or channel width. This value cannot be changed for a session after the session is created. Options are:
  • Bin Size

Bin size is the frequency width of each bin in the FFT data captured by the device. It is equal to the frequency span divided by the number of samples (bins).

  • Channel Width

Channel width is the same value shown for Width in the About channel dialog. Click Info following the channel name at the top of the window to display this channel information.

NOTE:Axis Type values cannot be changed during a live capture.
