Analyze Modem View is part of the ServAssure NXT suite of applications and provides detailed information for single cable modems as well as collecting data from the modem in real-time, historically, or displaying DOCSIS 3.1 data.
ServAssure NXT Analyze helps isolate and resolve current and emerging network and modem problems by providing comprehensive data analysis. The application also empowers network engineers and technicians to identify and fix network and modem problems by providing detailed views into specific DOCSIS modems, DOCSIS CMTS configuration, and DOCSIS CMTS performance.
Analyze requires a MAC address to deep-link into the Real-Time application. You can search for a MAC address by typing in a partial or full string, or by selecting it from Search History.
