Install a CAST file set

Use this procedure to download a file set.

  1. Select Configuration > Firmware Management > CAST Support on the SDM user interface. The CAST Support page displays.
  2. Click File Sets Available to view a list of available file sets and related information, including the File Set Name, Version, and a Description of the file set.
  3. Select the file set to be installed, and then click Install.
  4. View the Install History page which contains a summary of recent file set installation activity.
  5. Click Details to view list of the steps performed.
  6. Select the File Set and click Details to view the information about the installed file set.
    The Filter section of the page (above the File Set Install History section) provides the ability to filter the File Set Install History list by File Set Name, File Set Version, Install Status, Install Status Details, Start Time, and End time.
  7. Click File Sets Installed to view the file sets.
  8. Select the File Set and click Details to view the details of the installed file set. The File Set Details pop-up window is displayed.
